Chao Leh Kitchen, a must-try restaurant at Patong Beach, Phuket. The restaurant is located at Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong Beach Resort provides both Thai and international food, they offer both open-air seats and a cool air-conditioned area.
Everything is perfect, reasonable price, delicious food, and fresh ingredients. You must come and try… I am also very impressed with the staff’s service.
All taste really good, both Thai and international cuisine. Today we ordered many dishes. I will recommend someone special that I love for you.
“Bad Boy Pizza” adapted from pepperoni pizza, added black olives, artichoke, and chopped chili for a spicy taste. Pizza is a bit hot and spicy but I think it is ok, not too spicy and makes me eat more and more.
“Four Points Burger” is one of Chao Leh restaurant’s recommended dishes, soft burger buns with delicious crispy bacon and imported Australian beef. Served with french fries. Importantly, burger sauce is the restaurant’s secret recipe.
“Pasta Carbonara” the pasta is chewy and soft, add raw egg yolk on top for us to mix by ourselves. Today we ordered many dishes, and the taste is still good even though it is cold.
“Goat Curry” Served with steamed rice and crispy roti, strong taste, using organic goat meat, well stewed, soft meat – not sticky. In addition, the goat meat comes from a farm in Bang Jo, Phuket Province for the purpose of supporting community enterprises.
For a Thai dish, I want to mention “Chicken-Shrimp Satay Salad”. After eating, I feel refreshed by crispy fresh vegetables with rich satay sauce that mixed well with chicken and shrimp.
For fusion food, I recommend “Bang Jo Lamb Salad”, a perfect grilled organic lamb served with fresh vegetables. Topped with a sweet and salty salad dressing.
For dessert, I recommend “Mango Sticky Rice with Fresh Coconut Milk Ice-cream”. They use black sticky rice. Anyone who has ever eaten black sticky rice will know that it has a unique aroma. Eat with sweet ripe mangoes and fresh coconut milk ice-cream. There are two ways to eat it, first eat it like ice-cream with mango sticky rice. And another, you can melt the ice-cream and eat it with sticky rice.
If you have a chance to visit Patong Beach, Phuket. I recommend Chao Leh restaurant as another option.

The restaurant is spacious with many corners to choose both an air-conditioned room and a private corner with an airy outside. The restaurant is decorated in Phuket style, Sino-Portuguese style.

It is a dining room with an open kitchen, you can feel the cooking sound and atmosphere.

It’s an open kitchen restaurant, but they have a good system of smoke and odor extraction system. The smell does not bother me much while eating. For your choice, if you don’t want to smell any cooking smell, suggesting to sit outside in the cool breeze.
