Seaside Restaurant – Big Fish Restaurant & Bar

Seaside Restaurant – Big Fish Restaurant & Bar

It’s a true Phuket beach restaurant. Big Fish Restaurant & Bar is located on Nai Yang Beach at the Phuket Marriott Resort and Spa.

Anyone who wants to walk and get some exercise can stroll from the lobby to the restaurant; however, if you don’t want to walk, we recommend taking the hotel golf cart. Recommend to take a walk along the Nai Yang Beach and take some shots. The view is breathtaking, the evenings are peaceful, and the mood is pleasant.

At Big Fish Restaurant & Bar, you have the option of dining inside with air conditioning or outside with a sea breeze and sufficient ventilation, which is ideal for those who wish to enjoy the scenery while immersed in the beach environment.

The Thai and foreign cuisines are served at Big Fish Restaurant & Bar. Outstanding in terms of food freshness and menu diversity. Let’s try some of the new dishes that have recently been added to the menu.

“Braised Lamb Shank” is a popular dish. It was originally only offered during the promotion period, but it was so popular that the chef decided to add it to the regular menu. Lamb shanks are boiled in a creamy sauce for around 5-6 hours until the meat is tender. I discovered that the lamb is quite tender after tasting it. Soft to the touch and melts in the tongue with a delicious sauce. And, if you don’t like the scent of mutton, you may relax because this dish is odour-free. Only the aroma of the herbs used in the stew could be detected. Baby carrots and little potatoes are served on the side.

The Seafood Salad, or “Insalata di Mare,” is a healthful dish consisting of a large salad bowl topped with a salad dressing that the chef says is Big Fish Restaurant & Bar’s unique salad dressing. Salad dressing has a sour, sweet, and salty flavour to it. Serve with a wide range of seafood, including shrimp, shellfish, and squid.

Roasted duck breast with a sweet and salty sauce, “Grilled Duck Breast.” The flesh is still tender and juicy, not mushy or chewy. Everything works well with the pineapple jam and mashed potatoes that come with it. The sour taste of pineapple jam together with duck breast can make the dish really delicious. In the case of mashed potatoes, the chef cooks the potatoes with seasonings until they penetrate the meat, then presses them into granules the size of rice grains.

The last dish was ordered in response to the children’s request for “Pizza Margherita,” which was served in a very large size, with a total of 8 pieces, and was really wonderful. Hot pizza with stretchy cheese, crispy crust, and cherry tomatoes on top.

We got two smoothies, Nai Yang Smoothies and Blooming Berries, both of which were tasty and refreshing. The flavour of “Nai Yang Smoothies” is sweet and sour. Apple, lychee, honey, milk, and yoghurt are among the ingredients. “Blooming Berry” contains no milk and has a slightly sourer flavour than the previous glass. Watermelon, strawberry, and orange juice are included.
